As our technologic and economic times change at a frantic pace, driven pheasant shooting in England hasn't changed in 200 years. This time warp of driven shooting is comforting and gives us a chance to step off the treadmill and relax. The warm hospitality, the shooting, history, spectacular scenery and sheer fun we have cannot be duplicated anywhere. The following is an example of a typical trip of a lifetime to England:
Day One:
Arrive in Cornwall and settle in at Tresgassow Manor. This private Cornish estate, set in England's most pastoral and unspoiled countryside provides superb dining and accommodations. A large part of the overall enjoyment of the trip is residing "en famille" with our hosts. Their hospitality makes you feel as though you are part of their family. You will be relaxing with them in front of a huge medieval fireplace dating back to the 1300's.
Day Two:
Driven pheasants at Tresgassow Manor. For well over a decade, we have enjoyed excellent sporting birds here. John Keeler and his family, through diligent work, immense concern for quality and a love of the sport, have developed this shoot into one of the finest in the world. In the five days of shooting, approximately 10,000 birds will be driven over the eight guns. On this day, as well as the rest of the week, the principle quarry is pheasant, with a mixed bag of partridge, woodcock, wood pigeons, and snipe possible on each day. 250 bird expected bag.
Day Three:
Driven partridge at Pawton Manor. You will be welcomed into a 15th century traditionally built stone manor house. Located on the estuary of the River Camel, the shoot runs over 1000 acres of wooded valleys and rolling hills up to 650 feet above sea level, providing spectacular views. 200 bird expected bag.
Day Four:
Driven pheasants at the Carnanton Estate. Carnanton House is romantically situated among the beautiful woods of the farm-famed valley of Lanherne and is about two miles from the rocky and iron bound-coast of North Cornwall. Our friendly host is a true Cornish countryman, who has produced superb birds each and every time we have shot there. 250 bird expected bag.
Day Five:
Option outside day at Tregassow. This is an outstanding informal day of walk-up and mini drives. It is very inexpensive relative to a formal driven day and we will pay the Keelers directly. A sightseeing day or rest day is also an option.
Day Six:

Driven pheasants at Pentillie. Pentillie is a private family shoot owned by the Coryton family and is on the river Tamar. Its woods were laid out for shooting over a hundred years ago. 200 bird expected bag.
Day Seven: Depart Cornwall.
