Hunting at Addieville East Farm
Addieville East Farm has offered quality upland bird hunting for more than 30 years. We have 6 upland bird hunting areas of ideal upland bird habitat. Pheasants, Hungarian Partridge and Chukar partridge are available.
Season: Our hunting season runs from mid September to the middle of April.
Shells: Non toxic shot is required in the field, nothing coarser than #5's. Upland bird shells are available for purchase.
Licenses/Permits: If you do not hold a valid Rhode Island hunting license, a preserve permit can be purchased at the lodge for $3.50. The permit is good for the season.
Guides and Dogs: You must have a bird dog with you - if you don't have a dog, a guide and dogs can be provided for $70. Our professional guides are very experienced hunters and have guided for many years. We have pointing and flushing dogs available.
Clean Birds: At the end of your hunt, shot birds can be traded in for cleaned and frozen ones for $3.50 each.
Overnight Accommodations: Our lodge offers overnight accommodations for 7+ people. You have full use of our kitchen to prepare your meals. The cost is $35 per person, per night for a member and $70 per person, per night for a non-member.
European Driven Days: We bring a bit of England to Addieville East at our European driven shoots. We hold several shoots throughout the season. Arrive and enjoy a continental breakfast, meet your shooting partner and draw pegs. Then it is off to some warm up clays and off to your peg. Prepare to be amazed at the high flying pheasants and have lunch in the field and then back to those glorious birds once more. Return to the cabin for refreshments and talk about the great shots you made. A minimum of 252 pheasants will challenge a line of eight to twenty-eight shooters. Price is subject to the number of birds flown and number of guns.
Member Hunt Prices
We are open to members Monday thru Sunday including Holidays (we are closed on Tuesdays). Non toxic shells are required in the field.
We offer morning and afternoon hunts. A morning hunt goes out anytime after 7:30 am and ends around Noon. An afternoon hunt goes out any time after 12:30 pm and ends at dusk.

A mix of Huns, Chukars, and Pheasant can be used to make up the minimum dollar value of the hunt. With partridge you get more birds, as they cost less, partridge are $17.00 and Hungarian Partridge are $18.50 (plus 7% liability insurance).

Non Member Hunt Prices
We are open to the public Monday thru Friday, except on Tuesdays as we are closed and exclusive of holidays. To book a holiday or weekend hunt, you may call on the prior Monday of that week and if a member has cancelled, you may hunt.

Membership
Addieville has individual and corporate hunt club memberships. A membership entitles you to priority on weekend and holiday hunts, a substantial price reduction per hunt, individual hunts during the week and half price overnight accommodation. A corporate membership is for up to four people employed by the company and includes four sporting clays memberships - a $400 value. A new membership is subject to a $700 initiation fee.
